Our only US-based packaging facility is working at peak performance to ensure the smooth process of getting your products shipped. Due to the recent popularity spike and the new formation of the brand, along with COVID-19, shipments could get delayed a little bit. We are trying our hardest and will keep you up to date via email!
When will my order be fulfilled and shipped?
Within 24 hours of placing the order, your product(s) will be packaged and shipped. If you receive no confirmation regarding the position of your order within the first day, our team will be sure to send you the information within 48 hours of order placement.
How long does shipping take?
Once your product is shipped out:
-3 to 4 business days for the standard shipping option.
-5 to 8 business days for the economy shipping option.
A tracking code will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, call or visit your local post office and provide them with the tracking #.
Stym is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed off to the carrier. We do not refund/replace orders that are marked as delivered.

Note that in the case your country has any additional fees, we are not liable to pay them. You are solely responsible for paying any import duties/taxes.
We do not replace nor send refunds for defective devices that are used.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
